Jose Zambrano – Founder & Chief Inspector
Jose Zambrano is the founder of Aircraft Accessories Florida and serves as the Chief Inspector of our FAA Part 145 Repair Station. A licensed aeronautical engineer with over 17 years of industry experience, Jose brings deep technical expertise and a commitment to precision in every repair.
He holds an FAA Repairman Certificate and has completed certified training with Continental Motors, including advanced courses in all magneto series. His qualifications also include factory training from Kelly Aerospace and Teledyne Continental in aircraft starter and alternator systems.
With a solid 15-year track record in accessory maintenance and overhaul, Jose leads our team with a focus on safety, quality, and FAA compliance.
Alddy Antolinez – Vice President
Alddy Antolinez is the Vice President of Aircraft Accessories Florida and brings over a decade of aviation leadership to the team. He is an FAA-certified Aircraft Dispatcher and has served as Director of Operations at Endeavour Flight Training Inc. for the past 10 years.
In addition to his operational expertise, Alddy is currently pursuing his FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Technician certification to further expand his technical knowledge and hands-on capabilities in aircraft maintenance.
His combined experience in flight operations and maintenance training strengthens the company’s commitment to quality, safety, and professional service.
Freddy Antolinez – Founder & CEO
Freddy Antolinez is the CEO of Aircraft Accessories Florida and Founder of Endeavour Flight Training Inc. With over 20 years of experience in the aviation industry, Freddy has built a reputation for operational excellence, innovation, and entrepreneurship in both flight training and aircraft maintenance.
Under his leadership, Endeavour Flight Training has become a trusted FAA Part 141-approved school, serving domestic and international students. At Aircraft Accessories Florida, Freddy oversees strategic growth and ensures compliance with FAA Part 145 standards, offering top-quality component repairs and overhaul services.
Freddy holds a deep understanding of aviation business operations, regulatory compliance, and customer service. His vision continues to drive both companies forward as leading aviation service providers in Florida and beyond.
